Fizza Qibtia originally shared: This is the prayer Musa (Moses) made after journeying into the middle of nowhere to escape from Firaun. Tired, hungry and extremely impoverished, Musa raised his hands to Allah in desperate need of help saying:
ﺭَﺏِّ ﺇِﻧِّﻲ ﻟِﻤَﺎ ﺃَﻧﺰَﻟْﺖَ ﺇِﻟَﻲَّ ﻣِﻦْ ﺧَﻴْﺮٍ ﻓَﻘِﻴﺮٌ
“Oh Lord I am in desperate need of the good you send down to me”.
(Quran 28:24)
Immediately after making this supplication, Allah blessed Musa not only with enough provision to live for the next 10 years, but also a wife to
begin his family. This is an extremely powerful Duaa, that covers all the good we need from
Allah, when we aren’t exactly sure what is best for us. Please be sure to remember it.
