Capitalism: We are being swindled by the #BANKS in three ways!!

NO VALUE

1) They create money out of thin air. It is backed by NOTHING (unlike gold or silver coins which is of value). It comes into being just at the stroke of a keyboard without having any value.

INTEREST

2) They take the ‘interest money’ (on loans) from people for which they have not PRINTED. This worthless paper money doesn’t exist in the money supply. Thus people receive amount P+I (interest)

INFLATION

3) They lessen the purchasing power of the worthless paper money they have issued earlier, by increasing the money supply in circulation. This process leads to inflation. So the thing that you bought at 100 taka yesterday, will be 100 PLUS today. View full size (361x336) http://dlvr.it/4sMNkp
