Heaven vs Hell
1.Food
And with fruits, any that they may select and the flesh of fowls, any that they may desire. (56:20,21)
For them there will be no food except from a poisonous, thorny plant Which will neither nourish nor satisfy hunger. (88:6,7)
2. Drink
Surely the righteous shall drink of a cup the admixture of which is camphor (76:5)
*In front of such a one is Hell, and he is given, for drink, boiling fetid water. In gulps will he sip it, but never will he be near swallowing it down his throat: death will come to him from every quarter, yet will he not die: and in front of him will be a chastisement unrelenting. (14:16,17)
3.Dress
*Upon them will be green Garments of fine silk and heavy brocade, and they will be adorned with Bracelets of silver; and their Lord will give to them to drink of a Wine Pure and Holy. (76:21)
*These two antagonists dispute with each other about their Lord: But those who deny (their Lord),- for them will be cut out a garment of Fire: over their heads will be poured out boiling water (22:19)
4.Appearance
*Some faces that Day will be beaming, Laughing, rejoicing. (80:38,39)
And other faces that Day will be dust-stained ,Blackness will cover them (80:40,41)
5.Place to sleep
(They will be) on Thrones encrusted (with gold and precious stones), Reclining on them, facing each other.(56:15,16)
For them there is Hell, as a couch (below) and folds and folds of covering above: such is Our requital of those who do wrong. (7:41)
6.Greeting
And those who feared their Lord will be led to the Garden in crowds: until behold, they arrive there; its gates will be opened; and its keepers will say: "Peace be upon you! well have ye done! enter ye here, to dwell therein." (39:73)
(To them) will be said: "Enter ye the gates of Hell, to dwell therein: and evil is (this) Abode of the Arrogant!" (39:72)
7. shelter
* He will forgive you your sins, and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, and to beautiful mansions in Gardens of Eternity: that is indeed the Supreme Achievement. (61:12)
* (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! (101:11)
Further, they will enter the Fire of Hell. (83:16)
8. Rewards
* Now no person knows what delights of the eye are kept hidden (in reserve) for them - as a reward for their (good) deeds. (32:17)
* And to those who believe not in the Hereafter, (it announceth) that We have prepared for them a Penalty Grievous (indeed). (17:10)
9. Duration
* Wherein they shall dwell (for aye): no change will they wish for from them. (18:108)
*Those who reject (Truth), among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, will be in Hell-Fire, to dwell therein (for aye). They are the worst of creatures. (98:6)
